AEP Hawaii is hiring two ERP Business Analysts to assist with understanding current business requirements, providing proposed solutions to modernize processes, and assisting with implementing functional solutions to improve the operational environment.

Join a multi-phase ERP implementation as a Business Analyst, bridging business users and the technical team by turning current-state processes into modernized future-state workflows and clear specifications that move the rollout forward.

Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements across finance, operations, and reporting workstreams
Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows for the ERP rollout
Translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications for the implementation team
Coordinate user acceptance testing, track defects, and drive issues to resolution
Support data migration planning, validation, and cutover readiness
Maintain project documentation and keep stakeholders aligned through each phase

3+ years in business analysis, ideally on ERP or enterprise system implementations
State and local government experience a big plus
Strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping skills
Comfort working directly with both business users and technical teams
Experience with UAT, data validation, and structured project delivery
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to document complex processes simply
