The Opportunity

• The Project Coordinator keeps the paperwork, shipments, and schedule moving so the Country Lead and field crews can stay on the work
• Location: Metro Manila, Philippines
• Type: Full-time or part-time (W-2)
• Reports to: Country Lead
• Citizenship: US citizen, clearable to Secret or higher

Responsibilities

• Track shipments from US consolidation through customs release and site delivery; keep receiving logs and inventory current
• Prepare and file import, permit, and site access paperwork with brokers and agencies
• Compile daily reports, photos, timesheets, and subcontractor actuals for invoicing
• Maintain the project schedule, task boards, and document control in MC3's project and document systems
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track action items to closure
• Coordinate lodging, transport, and travel for rotating US staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, construction administration, or logistics
• Has tracked shipments or procurement through customs or a freight forwarder
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proficient with spreadsheets and project tracking tools
• Willing to travel to project sites across the Pacific and other locations as the construction schedule requires
• Familiar with DoD security, site access, and contract documentation requirements
• Preferred: Experience with Bureau of Customs, NTC, or PEZA processes
• Preferred: Experience supporting US government or military contractors in the Philippines
• Preferred: Tagalog fluency

Engagement Details

• Citizenship: US citizenship required
• Clearance: Able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance or higher
• Work arrangement: Full-time or part-time W-2
• Part-time W-2 pay: about $31 to $41 per hour (hourly equivalent of the full-time base)
• Travel: Required for every role. Travel to project sites across the Pacific and other locations as the construction schedule requires, with a valid passport. MC3 provides all logistics, travel, and relocation support and allowances
• In-country allowances paid in addition to base salary
• DoD familiarity: working knowledge of the DoD criteria, processes, and requirements that apply to the role, such as federal and DoD design and construction standards, design and submittal review, RMF and cybersecurity, security and site access, and contract deliverables
• Training: MC3 trains every hire in agile design-build delivery, rolling reviews, and AI-assisted engineering on MC3-approved secure tools; prior experience with these is a plus, not a requirement
