KPI & Reporting Lead

AEP Hawaii is hiring a KPI & Reporting Lead for a large, multi-phase ERP implementation. You will own the reporting framework, the metrics that matter, and leadership's line of sight into the business.

Own the reporting framework end to end on a high-visibility ERP implementation, defining the metrics that matter and giving leadership a clear, trusted line of sight into finance, operations, and project performance through go-live and beyond.

Design and build the reporting and KPI framework for the new ERP environment
Define core metrics across finance, operations, and project performance in partnership with leadership
Develop dashboards and reports that turn ERP data into decisions
Establish data governance and reporting standards to keep outputs consistent and trusted
Partner with Business Analysts and the implementation team to ensure reporting requirements are built in from the start
Serve as the subject matter expert on reporting strategy through go-live and beyond

5+ years in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics, with senior-level ownership
State and local government experience a big plus
Proven track record designing KPI frameworks and executive reporting from the ground up
Strong hands-on skills with BI and reporting tools and a solid grasp of data modeling
Experience reporting on or off an ERP platform, ideally through an implementation
Ability to work across leadership and technical teams and translate strategy into measurable metrics
