- Compensation: $120,000 - $190,000 + equity
The Opportunity
- Function Health is a Series B healthcare tech company redefining how people understand and take control of their health. The Ezra team operates at the intersection of cutting-edge diagnostics and consumer digital experience. We are looking for a Product Owner who can thrive in a fast-moving scale-up, bring discipline to a growing product org, and set the standard for how great products get built.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize a backlog of epics, features, and user stories with high-quality requirements that engineering can execute on.
- Partner with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to define and deliver web product experiences that are intuitive, performant, and impactful.
- Establish and scale Agile ways of working across the team, including sprint rituals, definition of done, and backlog hygiene.
- Translate ambiguous business goals into clear, actionable product requirements with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Identify process gaps and build the product discipline infrastructure the team needs to move faster and ship with confidence.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years building and shipping digital products with strong experience in web products.
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or equivalent role operating in Agile teams and managing a backlog of epics, features, and user stories.
- Proven experience building product discipline in a startup or scale-up environment and establishing scalable standards and ways of working.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and clinical or operations stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to write requirements that are clear, testable, and unambiguous.
