Generate the medical insights and forecasts that shape how Atria's clinicians care for members and how the practice runs
Work with one of the most distinctive longitudinal datasets in medicine: whole-genome sequencing, advanced imaging, labs, and multi-generational family lineages
Span both sides of the equation, surfacing clinically meaningful patterns and building the operational models that help Atria deliver care more efficiently

Generate medical insights from longitudinal clinical data, surfacing early disease signals and population-level trends clinicians can act on
Build forecasting models on clinical and operational signals: disease progression, biomarker trajectories, demand and capacity planning
Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, staged rollouts, quasi-experiments) with rigorous attention to power and validity
Author and maintain curated views and dbt models in the Snowflake gold layer, and build dashboards in Omni Analytics that clinicians actually use
Partner with AI Scientists and AI Engineers, contributing ground truth, evaluation datasets, and clinical framing

5+ years in data science, analytics, or applied statistics, with at least 2 in healthcare or another regulated longitudinal-data domain
Strong foundation in statistics, forecasting/time-series methods, regression modeling, and applied ML for tabular data
Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and SQL, with comfort in a cloud warehouse (Snowflake preferred) and dbt
Track record partnering with domain experts to turn questions into defensible analytical work
Healthcare, biomedical, or another regulated domain experience a strong plus
