Lead the design and build of Atria's agentic AI systems that augment clinical workflows and member experience
Architect production-grade agent infrastructure across LLM orchestration, tool use, memory, and evaluation
Define the technical roadmap for how AI agents safely participate in preventive medicine at scale

Architect, build, and ship multi-agent AI systems that power Atria's clinical and operational workflows
Design tool use, planning, and memory layers for agents operating in HIPAA-regulated environments
Build the evaluation, observability, and safety infrastructure that makes agents trustworthy in healthcare
Partner with clinical, product, and data teams to translate clinical protocols into agent capabilities
Set engineering standards for prompt engineering, model selection, and agent reliability

8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years building production AI/LLM systems
Deep experience with modern LLM tooling (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent) and agent frameworks
Strong systems engineering background with distributed systems, evaluation, and observability
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated domains a strong plus
Track record of shipping AI products that deliver measurable outcomes
