The Opportunity

  • Lead the design and build of Atria's agentic AI systems that augment clinical workflows and member experience
  • Architect production-grade agent infrastructure across LLM orchestration, tool use, memory, and evaluation
  • Define the technical roadmap for how AI agents safely participate in preventive medicine at scale

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and ship multi-agent AI systems that power Atria's clinical and operational workflows
  • Design tool use, planning, and memory layers for agents operating in HIPAA-regulated environments
  • Build the evaluation, observability, and safety infrastructure that makes agents trustworthy in healthcare
  • Partner with clinical, product, and data teams to translate clinical protocols into agent capabilities
  • Set engineering standards for prompt engineering, model selection, and agent reliability

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years building production AI/LLM systems
  • Deep experience with modern LLM tooling (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent) and agent frameworks
  • Strong systems engineering background with distributed systems, evaluation, and observability
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated domains a strong plus
  • Track record of shipping AI products that deliver measurable outcomes
