The Opportunity

• Lead architecture and execution on Atria's core product surfaces used by clinicians, members, and operations
• Be the senior technical voice on the product engineering team, shaping how Atria delivers preventive medicine through software
• Build the systems that turn clinical insight into member outcomes

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship complex product features across the Atria clinical and member experience
• Lead technical direction on key product areas, balancing velocity, reliability, and clinical safety
• Mentor product engineers and raise the engineering bar across the team
• Partner with Design, Product, and Clinical on workflows that meaningfully improve preventive care
• Drive engineering standards in code quality, testing, and review

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep product engineering background
• Strong full-stack expertise with modern web frameworks (TypeScript, React, Node, or equivalents)
• Experience leading complex projects and mentoring senior engineers
• Healthcare or regulated domain experience a strong plus
• Track record of shipping member-facing products that drive meaningful outcomes
